Can't get anyone on phone. Get a recording to give email address. No replies to emails. Ordered samples---never got them. Found comparable product at lower quoted prices elsewhere. I should buy from you? NOT A CHANCE.

10 days after receiving my "order confirmation" email, there is no update available. No answer to my emails. The phone number leads to an automated message that says to send an email. There is no response using the chat function on the website.
I have ordered 9 vinyl roller shades from this outfit. They are light-blocking and hunter green on one side and white on the other side. They are reminiscent of your grandmother's old window shades.
My situation was complicated by the fact that I wanted to have the dark green facing outwards -- the white facing inward. This was accomplished by "waterfalling" the design -- then hanging them backwards. It worked.
Their website and order form are both user friendly and the on site chat help speaks American English, which is always a plus.
The shades are manufactured and delivered within the week and function perfectly. Also easy to install.
If you like those old ring type shade pulls, they can be ordered through Zwick.
I have no hesitation is rating Factory Direct Blinds with five stars.
They have listed the all information in product details page, but if you go through the customization you will not be guided in regards the any seams or joints, which will make your product looks horrible. But they will guide you all the information in customization which will need to pay more money as a add on feature which can be applicable to your customized product. Customer service is worst they will point you to the product detail page when you ask about these imperfections once you install the product. So beware and read every single page on the website before you buy anything otherwise you ll be waste hundreds of dollars for a horrible looking product.
FDB employs unethical practices in two ways: 1) there are NO REFUNDS -- yet this information is not provided during the ordering process and it is hidden on the website. You won't know unless you delve deep into their Warranty document. In my case, I measured carefully and correctly. However, I was unable to install properly due to the configuration of the FDB mounting brackets, which I could not have anticipated. Nevertheless, I was refused a refund. 2) FDB touts "free shipping" but shipping is NOT free. The company places a "shipping protection" charge on orders, unasked for and non-removable.
Company advertises they will do returns and exchanges but will not. They claim every single order is "custom" and will not do them what so ever even though their website CLEARLY states they will, even when your return absolutely meets their "criteria" for the return. LIARS
Bad construction, there is a gap at the ends of the blinds, when they are closed it doesn't cover the whole area.
