I ordered a $9 course a week or so ago, I haven't even accessed it yet, and they have all the upsells after you buy the initial course and I said no to them. Next thing I know I have $129 charge on my credit card for something that had a 7-Day trial that I know I didn't order. Tried calling their customer service and of course I get a recorded message that they're on the line with other customers and to please email them.
Don't get their $9 offer, watch YouTube videos.
I have canceled my credit card and I'm getting a new one that they won't have access to. But it's a pain in the neck to have to do this.

I strongly warn others to avoid FaceGoBot (TrainerChatBot LLC), author of the method: Jenya Baglyk. My experience has been frustrating and deeply concerning. A hell with no end.
Here's what happened:
I purchased a $9 product via a Facebook advertisement. During the checkout process, I explicitly declined all additional offers, including a subscription or "free trial."
Six days later, the company charged me $129 for a subscription I never agreed to. They claim I left a "blue check mark" agreeing to this charge, but this is entirely false.
Despite their promise of a 14-day money-back guarantee on their website, they refuse to issue a full refund and instead offered me only 50%.
Their responses have been manipulative, falsely accusing me of agreeing to their terms, which were neither transparent nor clearly disclosed. This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and deceptive marketing practices.
I have filed complaints with consumer protection organizations in France (DGCCRF), the EU (ECC-Net), and the US (FTC and CFPB). Their behavior violates consumer protection laws in multiple jurisdictions.
Avoid this company at all costs. They engage in dishonest practices, make unauthorized charges, and refuse to honor their own refund policies.

Deceptive Business Practices and Unauthorized Charges
I had a deeply disappointing experience with FaceGoBot (TrainerChatBot LLC). Their initial offer seemed appealing—a $9 promotional product—but this turned into a nightmare when they charged me $129 just a week later for a subscription I did not authorize.
The company claims these charges are part of their terms and conditions, but they do not make this information transparent during the purchase process. When we look for them in internet, we see also advertising boasts a 14-day money-back guarantee, but when I requested a refund, it was denied—even though I never accessed the course they charged me for.
This company operates using deceptive practices, hidden subscriptions, and false promises of refunds. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they fail to take responsibility for their misleading actions.
I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing their products. Avoid FaceGoBot at all costs!
Tip for consumers:
When I complainned first for not authorized transaction they have written me: "purchasing a course, our service offers a subscription with a 7-day trial period. After the trial period ends, there is an automatic renewal with annual access (!) All this information was indicated during payment...". But no: in fact I pressed no bottom 4 times during payment for extra products !
The company's laws violate consumer rights and they want them to prevail over the LAW and consumer´s rights.
