I purchased one of their pulse oximeters and it was clearly a poorly constructed product. Lasted for just over a year and then failed. When I emailed the company they said that because it was out of warranty, it wasn't their problem. Lousy attitude -- would never buy from them again.

Thought I would give them a chance even though their website looks like it was designed 10 years ago. Why? Because they did not have a thousand different products and instead seemed to specialize in just a few items so I thought they must be better more professional than other sellers. Well, I was wrong. They advertised "battery and gel included". Haha, the battery was built into the product so of course it is included! Oh, and they forgot to ship me the gel... lovely. I decided not to contact them about the gel since they lied about the battery, well maybe highly exaggerated is a better description, but since they make it seem like they are giving you a free battery when it is already part of the product I did not feel like hearing what kind of BS they might have to say about the gel. I do not recommend this company.
