Fast shipping will buy again really like the shoes
My order hasn't showed up and the tracking information provided doesn't work. It keeps saying the tracking link has a typo. Chatted with customer service and they said the delivery date was November 22. Still no package. And apparently it's not coming with Canada Post.

Super cute shoes but after 1 wear (granted with a 3 yr old) we noticed that under the glitter its just the mesh before inside the shoe. So granted I got them on sale for $5 but I would still like better quality of having the leather thats already on most of the shoe that has no glitter underneath the glitter part as well. Because of course its glitter and it will come off (totally understand). So its a No to these at Full/Normal pricing but okay at the $5 I got them on Sale.

I have been subscribed to fab kids for the better part of about 10 years and have noticed a decline in both the selection and quality of items over the years. Most recently, I have been disappointed in the selection of boy's shirts as it is mostly tacky graphic tees, which are overpriced for what they are. Bring back quality polo type/ button up shirts, please.
My shoes never arrived. I have had a notification of "waiting for carrier to pick up" since a few days after I purchased (back in November) Terrible communication.
Shoes still haven't arrived and customer service keeps saying I'm in my delivery time which is not right considering it states my date was the 22nd and I've still not had a update on my item! Very disappointed at this point

Recently bought boots but they are same.not wearable
I ordered four pairs of shoes for my 6 year old daughter and she absolutely loves all of them. One pair was too small and they didn't have the next size up but other than that, everything was great. She loves the light-up ones. Pretty colors, too! My child is picky about shoes and the feel of them and she said they all feel good on her feet. I bought in during the sale where each pair was less than $10; most of them were $5/pair so it was an amazing deal! I'll be using FabKids from now on for shoes for sure!

I've ordered 6 pairs of boots for my Twin granddaughters. I was extremely excited to purchase them at an unbelievable price. It's gonna warm their heart and I know they'll love them as well. I can't wait for them to spend their Christmas with me and to open their gifts.
Sent 2 different shoes for my 5 year old. When I contacted customer service they wanted me to deliver the shoes to a return point that was over 50 miles from where I lived. Refused to compensate me in anyway
I've been a member for years and while I like the clothes, as do my grandchildren and their mom, it got tiresome having my account debited twice when I had skipped the month. The debit went through after the 5 day period which it hard to track.
I ordered these boots on November 8 & I still haven't received them. They expect me to pay for such a pricey subscription and have to wait this long. The only reason it got 2 stars is because my granny ordered my daughter's boots from here & the quality is very nice (hers took a long time also)
The app said that my package will be here on one day, but it never arrives, and when I called to speak with the representative, no one can tell me where my package was or where it could could possibly be. I've waited 8 days for my package still nothing and no updates on the app
Although I was able to browse through the website with ease to purchase a few shoes that I liked, the wait time for my package to arrive is dissatisfying. Waiting a month is way longer than I expected. I do not think that I will be ordering again.
I took advantage of the current sale and OMG, my daughters loved the shoes I purchased. Sized do vary so you may have to return some, however the returning option is quick and easy.
