I like that the exchange of the tshirts i bought was very easy and quick to complete. Customer service helped me promptly on how to initiate and complete a return/exchange.
I'll start by saying I signed up for the VIP membership somewhat inadvertently. While there is an option to skip each month and avoid getting charged $49, you must skip it in the first day of the month. I didn't always remember this until it was too late as there is no grace period or wiggle room on this. There was no way I could spend all of the credits to my account that had added up from the hundreds of dollars it was costing. I can find the same quality of shoes and clothing for much less in stores or Amazon. Lesson learned.

I expected the boots to be more tight around the ankle. A little to loose.
The dress was way too tight around my daughter's chest, even though I sized up. The stitching is terrible and the material is stiff and rough. The other outfit was way too big, despite ordering in her size. Going to cancel, quality has been deteriorating.
Experience was excellent and shipping was very fast the shoes were just as pictured and my daughter lives them

Fab kids runs great deals. I got exactly what I ordered. Crock stile in a boys size 5 and slip on boys shoe size 6. Only thing is the 6 seemed smaller than the 5. No worries, both still fit! Thank you for great clothes!
I noticed some of the shoes can say the same size but very obvious in a size difference. Not sure how to tell which set of shoe is the accurate one.
