The product delivered was of a fine quality (with exception of the hat's size, but that's 100% my fault). In terms of delivery time, it didn't come until after the intended con I was going to use it for, but I can use it again in the future due to its quality.

One of the zippers on the undershirts I ordered broke the first time I put it on, I now have to safety pin the shirt every time I wear it. Everything else turned out fine though.

As long as it gets here on time there will be no complaint from me.

My only issue is that the site is a slow from my location, especially during the payment and submitting order part.

The costume is perfect in all of his part: very well made and cool design; the package was perfect for the shipment and the price is soo good. Ezcosplay support was also very kind and correct to answer any of my question.

I've had previous bad experience (not using this site) with cosplay costumes. I hope you can make this a better experience for us as my daughter really would like to attend her cosplay party with this costume!

This is my first time doing cosplay, so I looked up to see what places were good. I saw this site a lot and figured I'd give it a try.

The costume quality is amazing and I am very impressed and happy with it. Everyone loves the costume! EZCosplay had great communication throughout, and I would definitely order from them again!

The transaction was easy even when I realized I made a mistake on the address that was able to get changed before the ordered was fully processed.

Item looks nice from front but back of head, weave/net shows through.

I not only found what I was looking for, but when I had questions about the cosplay costume as well as delivery time, I got quick and helpful answers.

Upon receiving the costume, I do think the quality is quite nice. I have a few minor complaints, but nothing that is a major concern.
