While the glasses took a while to come because of the busy holiday shipping season, when they came, I was very excited. I had found an inexpensive way to replace my favorite glasses frame. The eyeglass store I usually go to was able to quickly take the lenses from the broken pair and put them in the new pair. Communication and follow-up has been good from this company. I'll be a repeat customer in the future.
I am in the process of returning my frames that I had sent to me so I can try them on. The purchase date was 11/5, they didn't even ship out the frames until 11/15. I finally received them on 11/20. Submitted the return within a week of getting them. I finally got confirmation that they received my return on 12/5 and I still have yet to receive my refund, and it is now 12/17. I'm not going to shop here again. It's just too slow and there's so many other online retailers that have faster service

From start to finish the process was easy. I sent a new frame with clear lens, entered all my information and in about 3 weeks I received my beautiful glasses. The glasses fit perfectly and look great. So happy I found Eyeglasses.com. Thank you so much.

I ordered 3 eyeglass frames. When myorder was received, the invoice said all 3 were shipped and all 3 frames were charged for. Only 2 pair of frames were received in the box. I called customer service and they coordinated shipping the 3rd frame. Thank you.

The specific pair of eyeglasses I ordered were not going to be available for several weeks, so eyeglasses.com sent two pair of the same manufacturer -- one in a slightly different color and one in a slightly larger size. I decided that the slightly larger size pair worked well for me and sent back the slightly different color pair. No questions. No issues. No trouble. AT A BRICK AND MOTOR STORE, THEY STEER YOU TO FRAMES, EXPENSIVE, THEN THE ADDONS FOR THE LENS, (scratch resistant etc)BY THE TIME YOU WALK OUT YOUR UP TO 800 OR MORE. IN DALLAS TX I WAS UP TO 1100, I SAID NO THANKS, WENT TO COSTCO GOT A PAIR FOR 200. I WAS HAPPY UNTIL I DID THIS.
GO TO EBAY, OR FRAMESSDIRECT.COM GET A QUALITY FRAME AT 1/3 TO 1/2.
I THEN SENT IN THE FRAME AND PERSCRIPTION TO THEM

I've been a RayBan Aviator fan for decades mainly because of the tough glass lenses in them. Once I developed the need for prescription lenses I learned the hard way that RB only makes prescription lenses out of poly carbonate which seem to scratch if you even breathe on them. Now I have discovered that Eyeglasses.com will custom build RB Aviators with high quality glass prescription lenses and these are perfect! If you love your glass Raybans this is where you go once you need prescription correction.
