While the glasses took a while to come because of the busy holiday shipping season, when they came, I was very excited. I had found an inexpensive way to replace my favorite glasses frame. The eyeglass store I usually go to was able to quickly take the lenses from the broken pair and put them in the new pair. Communication and follow-up has been good from this company. I'll be a repeat customer in the future.
I am in the process of returning my frames that I had sent to me so I can try them on. The purchase date was 11/5, they didn't even ship out the frames until 11/15. I finally received them on 11/20. Submitted the return within a week of getting them. I finally got confirmation that they received my return on 12/5 and I still have yet to receive my refund, and it is now 12/17. I'm not going to shop here again. It's just too slow and there's so many other online retailers that have faster service
Several things could be done to make finding frames easier. Sorting by available color would have been great since I was specifically looking for blue frames. Also, several descriptions did not say if the frames had spring hinges (mandatory for me).
I tried to use your site on my android which was difficult. I also don't like applying my Aetna insurance to the purchase, having to pay up front. No good.
The first time I received my glasses the prescription lenses were completely wrong. The prescription was too strong and I couldn't wear them. I sent them back it took almost a week for them to receive them. But once they did receive them the turnaround time was really quick the second time. And I got them about 4 days after my glasses were received by eyeglasses.com. The second time I received them the prescription lenses were correct. However I need to take them somewhere to have the earpieces adjusted because they're uncomfortable when they sit on my ears and are rubbing and causing irritation.
Order management and and customer communications needs to be improved upon. Product price is excellent. Product quality is excellent. 3 out of 2 isn't bad. But customers will go somewhere else if they can match quality and price with better customer service.
The process of selecting the correct lenses was a bit confusing since there were additional options that needed to be processed before the order for the lenses was complete. Also, at first it looked like the cost of the lenses was for the upgrades it suggested as opposed to the base price for the lenses themselves. It would be nice to have something indicating what the base price of the economy lenses is right off the bat.
I had to resort to my desktop computer because your mobile site leaves something to be desired; otherwise I am satisfied with the ordering process.
Just want to make sure the lens will have a flattened base cure or I will have to return for a refund.
I bought replacement lenses. The options are confusing especially on sunglasses. But the quality and price were great. But plan on 2 weeks to get your glasses back, even if your prescription is simple.
Site is great, but prescription options are limited in the dropdowns (not enough range in Cylinder nor half sizes in PD)

Website was not easy to navigate. It would get stuck and not let me go onto to delivery. I had to sign off and then sign back in. However, I did call today and the man I spoke to was helpful with helping me decide on which lenses to get my children.
It's very easy, but mine is very first experience and let see in few days I make a right decision or...........
I received 2 of the 3 frames I ordered to try on. I called and a CS rep told me the 3rd was no longer available in the color I ordered but they were available in black so I received those at a later date and was informed by the CS rep that the 30 days would start when I received the last frame in my order. I have returned all 3 opting for a bit smaller frame "Life I Good" Krissa. Looking forward to receiving them soon!

When I tried to make a purchase using Credit Card, button "Complete Purchase" did not appear on a screen. I had to come back to the payment selection screen and use PayPal.
Your checkout processes does not work when your logged in and trying to pay. I had to sign out and re type all my billing and shipping info.
I don't like how there isn't a virtual try on, nor photos of the frames on models. It is very hard to visualize the frames otherwise! I went to a local optometrist and discovered these frames and then came on here to purchase in a narrow size. Otherwise I would not have known how good they looked!
I've always had problems with other on-line eyeglass shops regarding returns due to fit (because I actual can't try on/test for fit). Let's see how it goes.
Lens information overwhelming and not explained adequately. No information about how to send in frames or general processing time. Had to call customer service 3 times to complete my order (first person I spoke to was curt and not at all friendly). You need lots of improvement!
Update: Received the glasses. They're OK, not great fir reading though. A bit disappointing in that regard. OK fir driving, etc.Pretty spends fir not getting good readers out of the deal. Don't want the hassle of acre-do so will probably go local next time.
Your customer service and response time were excellent and I received my glasses quickly. That was all good.

Takes awhile to get used to your 'rolling' menu and how to make selections. New to me. Overall, the rest of your website is OUTSTANDING. It would be close to perfect if you had some 'generic' face types so I could 'try on' the glasses. As it is I'm taking a bit of a chance by ordering sight unseen. I desperately need glasses so... fingers crossed!!! Thanks!
Never asked me for my billing address. You assumed it is the same as my delivery address. It is not the same.
Website hard to use on I Phone. Also, it would be much faster if the frames where in alphabetical order within the brand. Also, put the sunglasses at the end of the regular frames.

After 11 days of no shipping info I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get my order completed. After I filed the complaint my order was processed and I received them in 3 days which I expected from the beginning.
