Great prices and great overall service
The medals were great, I've been really happy with them for the past 3 years. I had hoped to add 2 trophies to my order this year, but was disappointed in the huge increase in shipping. I do this as a charity run, so I try to keep costs as low as possible. I decided to remove the trophies and just add different medals for the top finishers instead, it will work just fine. Thanks!

First time purchase. Loved the unique 3D cross country medal designs. Our local trophy supplier wasn't able to provide anything as nice. The medals came quickly and looked great except one medal had a broken piece. I emailed customer service a picture the next morning and within an hour I had a response back that they were sending me a new one and it shipped that day. I just received the replacement medal within three business days of my replacement request. Our team also saved approx. $70 using Expressmedals.com from what we spent last year for our race medals. I highly recommend giving expressmedals a shot because they have great prices, quality medals and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The shipping and payment sections of this website are incredibly confusing, causing additional confusion about submitting and resubmitting order. Hopefully PayPal will not be charged more than once. I am wary about how many times I had to push the submit button. I received my order very quickly and was not charged more than once so all ended well.
