ALWAYS A PLEASURE
I tried 4 times to order this trophy, it told me my credit card#was input wrong, it told me to wait 2 seconds to resubmit, it asked for my shipping option and after I selected it, it didn't submit my order bc I had to select it again later on. I tried to call customer service, but theres no phone # so I emailed them and still haven't heard from them. So I tried 1 more time and it seemed to work. My order arrived broken. Customer service sent me another, but it didn't arrive until 2 days after our end of season banquet. Not the experience I was looking for. I would have ordered it somewhere else but no one had it.
