The product I ordered was received and processed as I requested. The only thing I noticed was the medal was a little lighter in weight which maybe due to the back of the medal not having a back insert like the others I ordered in the past have had. I'm not sure if that is something I have to request, I have not had to in the past. The first time I ordered these there was a black back insert and the time after that it was just silver, this time it appears to not have one as there is an indent and it is not flush. Either way, it is not a huge deal, but going forward it would be nice to know how I can ensure there is a back insert.

My initial delivery contained a medal I did not order and was missing one that I did. I left a voicemail that evening and received a response the next morning. I was impressed and appreciated the quick response to replace the missing piece to the order. It was shipped out that same day. Great customer service!
