Do not use the travel services of Explore.ca Travel Group and Tony Thibault of Halifax, Nova Scotia. It is a scam!
In March 2014 we paid them a deposit of $1,840 to organize a trip for four in July to Nova Scotia, PEI and New Brunswick. In April we had to cancel. Tony Thibault's proposal clearly stated the deposit was refundable except for $200. We have called and emailed Thibault repeatedly over the last 5 months but he will not respond and will not return our money.
Halifax Better Business Bureau has other complaints on file for Explore.ca Travel Group and Tony Thibault and has given him an F rating. Other consumers gave money to Thibault to pass on to other businesses which he failed to do. These consumers were forced to pay again on arrival.
