I placed an order online for this Hydrocortisone cream cause my son has bad eczema and if he doesn't have anything on his arm or knees it will get extremely dry and feel like sandpaper and he will scratch it and it will end up bleeding hoping to get it today and never arrived never buying from them again.

Past few months keep telling patients your equipment will be there next month,,, today Some Lady name Nillte saying that we have 300 patients waiting,, and we don't know know even if they will get their equipment because we are in back order. Ridicules excused. Shame on them. Doctors should boycott them. Request your Doc for Different provider.

I placed an order with this company 4 weeks ago and never received the order. I have sent several emails requesting the status but no one is responding. I will not deal with this company again. I did not have a problem with this company back in 2018. Maybe they don't care about their customers.

I have received 2 defective medical devices from separate orders from Express Medical Supply. I did not address the first defective item, but I contacted Express Medical Supply the second time I received a defective item. I never heard back from them, so I called them today. I find the customer service experience lacking. I was told they don't deal with complaints about defective products and that I have to contact the manufacturer. If you sell a defective product you should address the customer concern directly, and you can contact your supplier, but customers shouldn't have to be inconvenienced in this way. Poor customer service.

Find another supplier that will offer helpful resolutions to defective products.
Products used:
urocare 2000ml bag. Did not fill up, so was completely defective. It's the second defective bag I've received from Express Medical Supply. I understand it's a manufacturing problem, but they sold it to me and should offer refund or replacement, and deal with the manufacturer themselves. They do not offer any support from defective products they sell you. They tell you to contact the manufacturer.
