I was so happy to find a skein of discontinued yarn that I needed to finish a knitting project. At first I was afraid I would never receive the yarn, because I wasn't aware of this web business. The yarn came as promised in perfect condition. I would use this e-business again. There may have been a third party involved in the shipping because I was unable to track the order thru each stop, thus I was very happy when the order showed up.
When I got my order one of the inks had leaked. I'm working with customer service now. Update to follow.

I placed an order over a week ago and the receipt said most items ship within one day and I would be informed when my items shipped. It has been over a week and I've heard nothing.
