Keep getting fake emails about my order being in Orlando. I live a short distance from Orlando and it doesn't take a week to drive the dress to me. I'd have picked it up myself but there's no indication the item is continuing on its way. I'm frustrated about having no dress for my event so I'll call credit card company and cancel order and let them know I've been scammed.
My laptop was running very slowly. The registry needed a lot of work and there were many other issues which were hamper in the speed of my under equipped laptop. The tech (Emmanuel), Spoke very clear and understandable English. He was very knowledgeable, and also very convenient. It was very efficient and got right to the heart of the problem.

Since the passing of my uncle Albert Shaddox Jr on July 13,2023 I have received lie after lie still. Here it is March 7,2024 and they continue with the same Bull**** that they pulled twice at the bank when I tried to shut his account down. Bank of America on Centennial in Richardson TX Should be shut down for being lying thieves period! Even with everything asked for they continue with more and more lies. I've spoken with my Attorney and I can promise you I'm fixing to take care of that lying thieving bunch. So please nobody bother opening account with them because your money will be taken from account, just like my deceased uncles was, and you'll be on the phone every time you turn the corner trying to find out what they took money for this time! But to take a deceased mans money is disgraceful, disrespectful and totally sickening. Thank you Cindy Fields/Albert Shaddox Jr (the deceased). I added his name since was his account and he was moving from that bank but passed away before he could.
Strongly recommend you try and speak with a female customer service representative, this information was shared with me today when I checked on the refund request I placed! The female customer service representative told me that nothing had been processed regarding my refund and asked me if I could remember the name of male who was disingenuous and a obvious liar but I had forgotten his name! It was her advice that I always try to request a female customer service representative, this advice was not sexist rather it was the best way to assure your information has been acted upon! Finally prepare for an incomprehensible and astonishing phone wait before you are able to speak about your situation!

Fran Davitt sued me in court. A disagreement over specifics in a verbal contract and a job that produced no desired results led to a financial dispute. Prior to court, I reported him to the Police for phone harassment. I finally had to block his phone. I reported him to the USPS for mail tampering (he denied this) My advice, FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS and INSIST, PUT IT IN WRITING! I have ordered quite a few parts and have been very satisfied with them. The time from order to receipt is very good considering they have to go from Utah to Pennsylvania. When I need something I check many places and then go to Ereplacement. The prices are always a little cheaper and the freight is reasonable, not like some that charge an arm and leg to ship. I recently decided to change mobile providers and, as I have three numbers, decided to move one at a time. As previously mentioned I took the advice of MSE and tried ID MOBILE. Having spent an inordinate amount of time trying to do the change, I decided that if it was this difficult to get started, how difficult would it be to keep going and so decided that I would cancel ( based on the 14 day /30 day cooling off period). So the following morning I attempted to do just that ie cancel. After two hours I thought that I had managed to do so as I had texts saying that they were sorry I was leaving and as a loyal customer they would like to offer me £10 of my next bill. Weird! I only signed up the night before, had not received the sim card and already had a discount. Interesting way to run a business! I told them that I was leaving and to cancel my deal and to verify that my existing number would not be affected. They verified that. In view of the fact that they had said " good by" and verified my request, think how surprised I was to get an email telling me that my direct debit had been set up. I checked with my bank and sure enough it had. I immediately cancelled and again told ID that I was not having a deal with them and that the DD was cancelled. I gave them a transaction number and a service number both of which they had given me.
No prizes for guessing that I've not heard from them.
This company have obviously got some things right, how to sign you up, how to set up a direct debit, how to avoid direct contact by phone ( I say this because I did ask if they could phone me regarding the mess and the reply was that they couldn't do that as there was no telephony facility available. I'm in the haulage industry but I don't think that I'd tell a customer I could transport their goods but didn't have access to a vehicle). The problem with ID is that they also have many things wrong, no direct contact, no direct contact, no direct contact. Ok, that was a bit sarcy but my point is that if you want people to switch providers then you need to have the direct conversation to start with otherwise the faith that new customer should have in your company is immediately wiped out. Surely in this day and age any company worth its salt understands that the biggest frustration the public has with any large organisation is the lack of contact. It's not rocket science.
So! ID MOBILE! If you want to know how to treat your customers or should I say POTENTIAL customers and actually get the business then give me a call. I'd be more that happy to advise you. Not sure who is in charge if your customer services but they really do need a rocket

I have an older lawnmower and needed a replacement part. It was not available locally, so went online to eReplacement Parts, input the part number I had and there it was.
I received the part in 1 week. I opened the package and noticed the part number was different. One call to customer service and she assured that this was the correct part and that the old number I had was replaced with this one and that the part would fit.
Sure enough it did and with little effort.
The kit came complete with all the necessary screws and instructions.
I will be visiting this site in the future, knowing that they are a good resource for older equipment.
