Shipping has been a big let down this year. I have had two order not go through and its taking up to 8 days to get stuff from one side of the state to the other. Please get me my pants by Thursday, Mission ridge is open and I want to ski.

I had issues with ski boots. Evo accepted them back with full refund. I did have to contact several people because at first I was told they could not be returned. So, if you get someone that says no, hang up and call again. Evo has the best prices and now I feel better about being able to return items.

The website has a great selection and competitive pricing and availability for a few ski models I couldn't find elsewhere. I had to cancel one of the items after I had placed an order, called customer service and after a short hold girl assisted me in no time at all and cancelled no problem since the order hasn't shipped yet. Other companies would give such a hard time! Will deff buy from eco again
