Purchased a new Santa Cruz mtn bike earlier this summer. Took it in for 90 day (free) tune up after Christmas. Obviously late. No worries. Dani (sp?) in the shop (Salt Lake) was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service.
Ordered from their online store during a big sale. Ended up returning several items from a big order. All returned in the same package together and labeled accordingly with extra labels placed on the bags they came in etc. I went above and beyond to make the return process as seamless as possible. When the received my package they said several items were missing. Then they said one item was missing. They refunded me for everything but this one missing item. It's super shady that at first they claimed that several items were missing, then apparently found them, but not all of them, and then didn't refund me or follow up with me when I emailed them trying to figure out what was going on.
I was given a promo code and was excited to receive 15% off my first purchase. Only to find out the promo code was a complete waste of time leaving me feeling like a idiot. Thanks a lot.

I ordered from Evo as they promised me 15% off my order and put out a sneaky pop up illusion of up to another another 35 % off of the board I purchased. After the purchase there were no discounts applied. #sad face. The app was easy to use, nice styling and functionality but I $#*!ing hate being lied to by retailers. I emailed them and will wait and see what they do and if they deliver. They did have the board and some dope educational videos/sizing charts that provided more detail than Ski Pro, Peter Glenn and some of the other skid row retailers. I hope they GG me and give me some of my cheddar back as life is better with more cheddar. As they know bc they lied to me to snack on my cheddar bay biscuits. Call me! Paublo…? Your shipping price to APO addresses is way too high. $25.00 to ship a jacket. It is shipped USPS and your actual cost from post office is $5.
well the first time promo code you can only use that with items that are not on sale pretty much makes the promo code useless. This will probably be my first and last time shopping here. Not really a fan of thinking you will save a bit extra but then by reading the fine print find out you are not.
I was supposed to get a 10% discount for giving my e-mail and never did. Also I hope this comes before 10/14; I don't know how $7 shipping is acceptable for a product like this and I won't get it for two weeks. It's a gift and I need it sooner but refuse to spend more on shipping than that already expensive fee.
Your product selection and pricing are good, but your shipping terms are not competitive. NORMAL SHIPPING does not need to be two full weeks any time of year; you are opting to provide poor service.

was not happy i am being charged sales tax i live in NH, tax free regardless of where it is being shipped, this is a christmas present, so i won't be shopping and shipping again since i cannot take advantage of tax free.
I followed the instructions and signed up with an email to get the 20% off using save20, but I did not get the 20% off of my full price order as stated.
The website was slow in loading/refreshing (other websites at the same time didn't have issue so it wasn't our internet connection) and also the checkout process required multiple times refresh to process the order.
The item arrived as expected, but when I rode the board, it was not right. The bindings also have issues. When I approached them and sent photos they said they won't return anything that's been used at all! Their policy is ridiculous in my opinion, but what can you do? I know I personally will never order from them again. REI has a great return policy, wish I would have known prior to wasting my money on this site.

okay stuff, and prices normal nothing to be exited about, and the variety of choices are very limited online, thus make wonder why to show up on the website if not available to buy online?!... anyhow, i wanted the knee pads only and that's the only reason I came here, maybe my last time i will be here, unless more items are available to buy online.
I thought I bought this bag last week but when it didn't arrive I checked my email and could not find a confirmation email. I went back and ran through the checkout process again, this time I noticed that there is a final "place order" step before actually purchasing the item. Pretty annoying UX.
Was offered a 20% off coupon is I signed up and it never came. Just bought a $489 jacket and was hoping to use the discount
Seriously, I give you my email address to get 10% off and then find out that I can't use it for my purchase when I go to check out. This is not how you should treat new customers.
I was told I would receive a 10% discount code and never got it. I had to pay $20 more than expected. Then it said free shipping over $50 and I got charged $9.97 for standard shipping. The only reason it was free was because it was economy. That is not a good deal and it is misleading. Especially when you are ordering the item as a gift.

Lets say you folks cover $15 in shipping to state of New York, why not give us $15 credit in shipping to Hawaii?

I received a promo code for signing my e-mail up - EUCLGHER - it stated 10 % OFF. Since I was getting $18 off I choice the $24 shipping option so I can get the pants when I need them for a trip. However - the coupon off 10% did not get subtracted from my total.
Can you please honor your offer and fix this by refunding my CC $18?

It's a light and nice-looking jacket, however the C knit-backer doesn't seem to be very durable as some of the seam areas are beginning to peel off before any use. The shipping : The jacket was shipped in a thin delivery package without its original bag, since it went through international shipping, it was full of wrinkles when it arrived and there was a slight scratch in the mid-waist area. I'd appreciated it a lot if EVO had provided any form of protection. Don't get me wrong, i haven't been here for long but I do like EVO, I am just disappointed at the shipping quality of this particular order.
