Evil controllers make superior accessible gaming controllers. They provide an amazing service to those disabled. You may experience delays in communication but rest assured they are making things right for your specific needs. Patience is necessary as they are busy but work as diligently as possible on your behalf. As far as the quality of their controllers, they are in a league or their own and really stand apart from their competitors.
Purchased an "accessible" controller for my disabled son a year ago. After ten months the d pad stopped working. I contacted Evil and they said it was covered by warranty and send it to them for free repair. I used tracked delivery to send it to them. After two weeks they sent me an email that my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. Well no controller has come back, and no response to my email queries. They probably sold my son's controller to some other dupe. I would have been better off trying to fix it myself. Stay away from Evil.
Not hard to get what you want easy to pick and choose lots of options
Because I have purchased other controllers from them and they worked great well my ps4 controller did (which I still have) my last ps5 controller malfunction alot and I sending back way to many time very disappointed
Bad experience this time I received my controller after a really long wait and it was not working properly so I had to send it back and wait more

Good controller. Had to ship it back to get parrts they forgot added to the controller. The face buttons seem to stick at times

I absolutely love the easiness of ordering, but I feel like some of the options are way too pricey. I also had to wait about two weeks for my order to arrive, but after contacting customer service, I received a reply from them an hour later! That is good timing to reply for an email; they gave me my package's tracking order, and informed me that the controller was shipped. I received my package the next day.
Evilcontrollers is awesome! I'd recommend them to anyone.
The purchase was easy and the customer service was good and whilst it worked the controller was excellent. However I have a fault with my controller so have had to return it for a repair which hasn't been cheap.

It's a nice controller. The extra surface button on the right side is easy to press so I press it on accident sometimes buy over all illl give it a 4
It met my one handed need of playing games
Makes your skin feel very smooth. Goes on very light and absorbed fast. I do love the way it makes your skin feel and look.

Love the Xbox X controller and the paddle are way better than the Xbox elite series 2 & it lasts longer than the elite series 2

I am a double amputee disabled veteran. I lost my left hand and left leg in an explosion. This is my second controller from Evil Controller. The first one was for a PS4 and it worked perfectly. The second is for my PS5. So far I like it, although I do wish the under side buttons were bigger. I ended up taking the buttons off of my PS4 controller and gluing them to the PS5 controller. Now it works great for me.
I purchased a PS4 controller from you a while back and it seemed to help me play games I never could before. I received a PS5 for Christmas and my controller will not work for a lot of games unless I play the PS4 version
There should be more obvious option for gift cards and allow for automatic send via email, etc for e-gift cards.
I previously purchased an evil controller for my ps5 with the same tweaks as my evil Xbox x controller—my ps5 works great—instant triggers work perfect, but my xbox instant right trigger has some lag in it—not as satisfied
