Evil controllers make superior accessible gaming controllers. They provide an amazing service to those disabled. You may experience delays in communication but rest assured they are making things right for your specific needs. Patience is necessary as they are busy but work as diligently as possible on your behalf. As far as the quality of their controllers, they are in a league or their own and really stand apart from their competitors.
Purchased an "accessible" controller for my disabled son a year ago. After ten months the d pad stopped working. I contacted Evil and they said it was covered by warranty and send it to them for free repair. I used tracked delivery to send it to them. After two weeks they sent me an email that my "ticket was closed" and I could rate their service. Well no controller has come back, and no response to my email queries. They probably sold my son's controller to some other dupe. I would have been better off trying to fix it myself. Stay away from Evil.
Was late to get my controller. Took about a month and a half. Many failed attempts at hearing back from customer service.

The prices for the odds and ends are ridiculous. I got an absolutely standard controller with the color of my choice. I got the master mod because I CBA trying to pick and choose without really understanding how it all worked ahead of time. The controller technically meets 95% of what's advertised
I chose EvilControllers based on nothing. As a first time modded controller buyer, I was willing to take a loss if it wasn't what I expected it to be. For the most part it is. But, front triggers with rapid fire doesn't work and drop shot should just be toggled on or off instead of making the player hit x.
Typical experience dealing with business to consumer issues. Only complaint is that build time took over a month, but I was told was due to missing controller parts for PS4 controllers. Customer service was pretty quick with response times.
I tried scuf and didn’t like paddles. I was loyal to battle beaver customs, but their quality has gone down since COVID. Every controller I get eventually gets major stick drift within the first month of use. Just wanted to try a different company.

I ordered my first modded controller for CoD and Div2. I waited 3 weeks for my controller to be built with a skin, a rapid fire mod, and tactile triggers. 2 weeks after I got it the left trigger died. Then had to wait 3 more weeks for the controller to get repaired. It was a major let down

I got the rapid fire mod with tactile triggers which are great for division with friends but I don't play much so it was a little confusing to activate the mod and even worse to try to adjust but friends have used it and loved it

After about a month of use the left joystick is already failing.
I had a visa gift card that covered the balance but your pmt processer was unable to process it. Pretty disappointing.

Been using evil replacement joystick for c40. Figured i would give it a shot
I wanted to speak to someone and have all options for my remote explained on how and what they do. I set up a appt and they never called.
Because I had already got one for my ps4
I requested 2 phone calls and no one called me during scheduled time. I am very grateful the controller was able to be fixed but when a emailed after the controller was received by your company for a week, the response was only that it was shipped back with a tracking number. I have never heard what was the issue with the controller if it was a defect or something else. No response other than it it was being sent back. I do appreciate the controller being sent back after a week abd my son loves it. The controller now works great and he is enjoying it very much.

I game but I am not a gamer. So, I am ordering this for someone who was a gamer but is now partially disabled and can't fully express what their needs are for gaming. The gaming lingo was confusing at times. There aren't enough pictures clearing showing what a mod or enhancement looks like (videos would be SOOO cool!). I ended up ordering basically a full package because I had no idea what was actually needed. The FAQs did not mention how long it would generally take to just fulfill the order. My order took over 6 weeks just to ship. I checked with customer service after 4 weeks and it still took 2 more weeks for my order to ship after the rep advised. If I had known, I would have selected standard shipping instead of expedited.

The website is a little bit too strict with the forms, if you are from france you need to make a US bogus number, some other choices on the website have the same problem. I hope the order will be great and overcome the stress!

The controller came out perfect, only problem was I recieved it a little shy of a month of ordering it. Processing time took weeks for some reason, and also I thought I asked for the batteries to be included and it didn't come with them neither. Other than that the controller arrived in two days instead of three and I'm very satisfied for that. Will still most likely order again in the future, thank you so much!
Josh, initially, my amex needed me to verify this was my charge as I'm out of state and it's one of those items that typically one would "steal" if any access to anothers credit card was obtained. Please check to see that I have only one charge for this controller at $134.00 or so give or take on the shipping. I did priority as suggested. Order number is *******.
