This was our third time seeing Dave Koz in concert. It was "the cherry on top" to a wonderful day. I was so excited to see Peter White for the first time. Earlier, my wife was cleared of what was a possible return of breast cancer. She is a survivor of breast cancer and the last song did make us feel like family. Everyone there was part of our celebration.

I can tell you I was totally disappointed! First of all there was no mention of restricted view seats, we didn't even get a glimpse of her until the sixth song. The fact that she was 70 minutes late(I know that's not your fault), I heard from somebody else that they got an email about 1-2 weeks ago stating there was a time change for the concert, that would have been nice...
When someone puts out that kind of money, and it turns out like last night, that definitely puts a sour taste in my mouth.

I ordered nut cracker tickets from this site and they seemed totally overpriced, but I had good seats (so I thought). I paid over $200.00 for seats and service charges and showed up at event to find out I had $29.00 seats. I am starting an investigation with my credit card company. NEVER EVER order though this scam site.

Could not use the parking pass I purchased, road construction but i purchased insurance hopfully I can get my money back other than that TSO concert was fantastic. It was a Christmas gift to my partner of 29 yrs. First time to see TSO fanatic, music and light show a must see!
I cant wait to see if TSO will return next year so I can take the family again. The group is amazing on how they can continue performing with hardly a break.

As always, Pink Martini gives a tremendously enjoyable concert, complete with a bunch of encores. There were people dancing on stage and in the aisles. They really connect with the audience.
We wish Grand Sierra Resort could hancle crowds better. It was a mob scene and lots of people could not be seated on time.
Also, if GSR is handling the mix/miking, it was prettty terrible -- too loud. Unbalanced.
We were surprised at how popular Pink Martini is in Reno -- more power to them!

Seats were horrible. Was not given option of choosing or seeing seats prior to final purchase. Charged $867.13 in tickets, fees and other charges for a $149.00 ticket. I purchased 2. Would not ever recommend using Event Ticket Center. They are a joke. Called Ticket Master and they said that they could not control what Event Ticket does. Go directly to Ticket Master!

Why was I charged $77.70 when people around me had paid $27.50 and I was on the back row. You all convinced me there weren't tickets cheaper than $77.70 and for that I thought I'd have a good seat. Then you said I could get a rebate which took me to another sales company to purchase magazines. Crazy! I will never do buisness with you guys again. Ever!
Had an absolutely wonderful time! Really didn't know what to expect - but these guys and gal put on a terrific show. Seats were fantastic, as well! Wish it was just a bit longer (for the price), but overall, fun time!
