Purchased tickets from this seller for PIT GA, sent multiple requests for reimbursement when seller did not follow through with transaction. Provided false information to Paypal to avoid chargeback. Calimed I received my digital tickets when the transfer never happened. Purchased tickets from StubHub received the tickets within 5 minutes. Have reached out to customer support multiple times and was informed that the seller had transferred the tickets twice and still never received them before the event happened. Over $400 transaction and the reseller refused to protect buyers with their 100% guarantee. Absolutely no help what so ever, I work in tech I know how to find an item in my email, they simply just did not send the tickets and protected their seller over the buyer who pays large fees for there transaction. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
