I recently purchased 3 Hot Wheels Monster Jam tickets from this website as it was the first to come up in my Google search. Upon looking further, I found AXS had adult and child ticket options where the child tickets were only $10 and adult tickets for $33. I was charged $72 each ticket with an addition of $71.28 for a service fee. I spoke with Tugay on their live chat asking why there were no options for adult and child tickets, and I had to pay for 3 adult tickets. The tickets are for me and my 2 kids. Long story short, they were not able to give me a clear answer as to why there was no option, but was able to guarantee the tickets will be legitimate and just kept deferring to secondary and primary marketing and advising I re-sell the tickets. They refused to reimburse the difference as I requested 1 adult and 2 child tickets. Bottom line, they have a lack of accountability and transparency. They also lack knowledge as to the actual tickets they are listing.
