Non performance on obtaining the tickets I needed. Over three days of calling with no satisfaction. Very disappointed. With family making arrangements to travel I had to cancel since I did not have the tickets.

Easy and user-friendly. However, the fact that you get timed the minute you select the tickets was off to me. Even though it may be to ensure tickets don't get blocked while others are trying to book, it still felt like some sort of sales scheme to pressure the user to check out. Additionally, there was no interactive map. I got the row and seat numbers but have no idea where they fall. There was a note that said we might get equivalent or better seats, but I can't help but feel uneasy about this, like why can't you just be straight forward? I went ahead and bought the tickets though because I have been waiting for this even for the longest time. However, I don' think I would buy other event tickets through here again if there were other options available.
