I had an extremely disappointing experience with EventsTicketCenter that has left me thoroughly dissatisfied and frustrated. My wife and I had purchased tickets for an event through their platform, looking forward to a memorable evening. Unfortunately, just before the event, my wife encountered a medical emergency that rendered her unable to attend.
Given the circumstances, we reached out to EventsTicketCenter in hopes of obtaining a refund or at least a credit for a future event. However, the response we received was not only unsympathetic but downright appalling. Despite explaining our situation in detail and providing necessary documentation, they refused to accommodate us in any way.
Their lack of empathy and understanding during such a trying time was deeply disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter a company that prioritizes profit over compassion and customer satisfaction.
I strongly advise against using EventsTicketCenter for any ticket purchases.
