This was my first purchase from evaluesoftware.com, which I found through shopping.yahoo.com. I was a bit skeptical, so I used a one-time credit card number from my Discover account, ordered the download, and voila--it all came together with ease, and at a GREAT price. Plus, when I had some concerns about burning the download onto a CD, I received very helpful LIVE phone support. I would definitely buy again from evaluesoftware.com. I heartily recommend the company!
It is TOO LATE to tell everyone but this company is a fraud run by criminals. Microsoft verified 1/31/15 that the Activation Key Code given to me by these criminals is NOT AUTHENTIC and NOT GENUINE MICROSOFT. I hope there is a way to find Nate Mumme and put his low life A** behind bars and everyone else that had any involvement in this ONLINE SCAM to STEAL from unsuspecting dumb'os like me and everyone else who got screwed.
Very efficient. I purchased MS Office 2010 for business and they upgraded me to business plus. As I live in the Atlantic time zone I had to wait for mountain time for the order to be processed but it was very fast after 9 a.m. mountain time. I really appreciated the helpful guidelines on the installation regarding the best web browser to use and other recommendations. Without this the installation may not have been so smooth. Very satisfied.
The prices were great and the delivery of the order info and product was very efficient.

Microsoft Office 2010 Professional is so expensive til I come to this web site "EvalueSoftware". I was kind of hisitated to purchase right away because the price is too good so I did research what other people are saying about it and I check the store with BBB and it shows up as not being accredited at least it checked out with them. The moment came when I decided to buy Microsoft Office 2010 Professional with them. The service was great. They email me the download link and the product activation within two hours. However, the one I wanted was Microsoft Office 2010 Professional and they said they were out of stock and they free upgraded me to Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus. I thought that was alittle strange. Anyway, like I said the service was great and quick. EvalueSoftware I doubt you no more. Thank you for you great service.

The over all experience was very good. I did have problems recieving instructions on how to download the new software I bought though. I emailed customer service and they said that, "since I am having problems finding this email (with instructions), then she would go ahead and give them to me." I felt as if she was calling me stupid and that I couldn't find the email... but I guarentee that I never recieved it. If I did somehow miss the instructions, they were not clearly marked within the email. And I understand that the lady emailing me could have meant it some other way, but it just didn't seem like the best way to say that.
So overall, I am happy and will return for the prices.
