Your operation is a $#*!ing joke and your "feelings" are meaningless. Advertise for an actual or implied instant download – check. Notify the consumer after he purchases the download that it can take up to two hours to process the product key – check. Don't process the product key for nearly 24 hours – check. Its called fraud. Ever notice how you come across somebody once in a while you shouldn't have $#*!ed with? That's me. My law firm specializes in class action lawsuits dealing with false and misleading advertising. Aside from being the best deal I found on software, the layout was clear and easy to navigate.

Answer: I just used evaluesoftware and expected an Adobe Acrobat X download within "2-4" hours per their e-mail to me. I soon receieved another e-mail that said they were out of stock for licenses and that it would be 5 days before I would be able to download. I read all of the comments on this site and called them immediately to get a refund but was surprised when they gave me a serial number allowing me to change my trial version (previosuly dowloaded from Adobe) to a full working version. The customer service rep did say they were out but she just happened to have an extra copy. I entered the serial number and it worked. So, other than the e-mail suggesting delays, I was able to purchase the software at a significant savings and get a serial number the same day. Now, whether this serial number is one that has several licenses attached to it or not, i do not know but I do have my software and it works. Thanks to all who commenetd on this thread. By calling I suspect I may have averted a problem similar to others.
