No leadership the company run by funny peoples

I did try to work for them they have 10 different people who try to control the company? Everyone is just siting in the office having brain storm with each other. There is no entrepreneur founder in the company it is running by the funny people. The manager is doing brain storming with accountant how to run the company lol...They are signing hundreds of contract and MOU but no execution policy, no leadership
