A lot of times when ordering from a vendor for the first time there is a little dread wondering if this will be a nightmare or not. It was even more unnerving to buy an expensive chair that I could not try first. Well unfortunately my body was not compatible with the chair. Etail.com stepped up big time. No arguments or threats -- they immediately email that I could return the chair and sent a prepaid shipping label. FANTASTIC It seemed as though they were smiling as they sent me the instructions for shipping. This is a company that I heartily endorse. They say that customer service is number 1, AND they showed it. If you have need of office furniture you can purchase from this vendor and know that you will come first.
