Estatik reached out to me after I left my first review. Estatik had a legitimate reason for having difficulty responding to my attempts to get customer service. The Estatik team members were undergoing a bad safety threat. In an effort to insure that the Estatik team members remain protected, I will not go into detail about what that threat was. Estatik helped me with my issues and are continuing to work with me. I am knocking off one star because of the initial problems. Because Estatik gave me five star service once they did reach out to me, I am raising their overall rating (which takes the initial rating into account) to a 4.

Been using the Premium plugin for about 5 years now. I can only say good things about. Firstly, the team is great, they always answer my questions in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours. If I have specific development, functions questions, they try their best to answer them. If I want to achieve something specific, they guide me as to how to achieve it. We all know how important support is when you spend time, effort and money into your business site, you won't be disappointed. Plus it being a 1 time payment was a big factor as to why I purchased the premium version.

The plugin itself is great, you can customize it any way you want, style, colors, pretty much anything. The team is always updating the plugin and releasing new features, templates etc. After using it for a while, I thought maybe there is a newer plugin which has different features then this one which I kinda wanted to try, I can say I have googled and researched 50 different plugins for Real Estate and none of them are as complete as this one with the functionality and flexibility.

* The plugin will import the new RESO API format which is needed
You can use it on any amount of subdomains without limitations ( this is big for me, other plugins limit you to 1 and charge you extra for subdomains)
With a little coding, css, you can style it nicely

* Automatic synchronization, removes closed listing which I don't want, it frees up my DB load

* Multiply MLS boards can be imported, most plugins allow one and charge for additional boards

This plugin provides everything we needed for our real estate webpage. The service of Estatik is perfect. We needed some minor adjustments, what was no problem to customize for us.

Nous avons la version pro payante et l'on peut dire qu'ils sont rapides pour répondre, efficaces et ils cherchent vraiment à comprendre le problème (et surement à comprendre mes phrases parce que tout est en anglais et ça n'est pas toujours simple de se -faire- comprendre pour nous et pour eux). Mais après avoir fait une mise à jour, nos codages de design ajoutés avaient bougé (version enfant... bien penser à ça la prochaine fois): ils ont cherché l'erreur puis trouvé rapidement et ils ont tout remis comme c'était. Parfait. Merci Olga!

This plugin has a great customer support team, they resolved by issue with utmost patience, And the plugin is really useful for real estate websites. I recommend trying it out.
