Established Titles

I wanted to own a little piece land in Scotland. I am Lord now since purchase my plot of land. I visited Scotland in November. The Highlands of Scotland in special place. I think is a great gift to give someone. Robert

My wife surprised me with this and my family took it and ran. All of my brothers and sisters called me Lord for the remainder of the day. One of them called her and let her know she raised the bar for the other wives in the family. It was epic. Only complaint, I wish I had the GPS info to look up the land.

I purchased my piece of land the 3rd of July and I am totally satisfied in any aspect. Fast with the documents delivery, a great service I would say. Without hiding to be pleased to be proclaimed Lord!.

The ease to purchase land and become a Lord was astounding. I like to looks on peoples faces when i introduce myself as Lord, and explain i own land and that's how i became a Lord. Highly recommended.

I bought it for a birthday present. And my bf was so surprised by it. It's a very cute birthday presents. I would suggest to also include the pictures of the land to give a good sense of where it is. Not the actual land but the scenery surrounding the land.

I shipped one order to Roseau river, Manitoba for my parents and one order to me for myself and my girlfriend... I never got my order. For how much I paid for the land and physical certificate, I expected a bit more attention to detail on the shipping addresses. It's a cool idea but I never got mine or my girlfriend's certificate. This was timed so my girl could get her certificate on her birthday but it's nowhere to be found.

I bought this for myself as a fun and unique gift for my birthday. The digital copy of my title arrived almost immediately (didn't purchase a physical copy but you can if you like). Service was as promised and the FAQs were easy to find and answered all of my questions

Obtaining a Scottish Title turned out to be a excellent choice. Have added it to many documents and personal identification sources. People actually do have a different perceition when they see that title. Since I have Scottish Ancestry, and can offer insite gained from research, the Title was just the thing to have to complete the package.

I ordered a printed copy of my certificate. It came but it was wrong. They sent a second one, it was wrong. They sent a third, it was wrong again. They sent a fourth... guess what? It was wrong. I sent them photos of the certificates that I received, showing the errors. Said they would again send me a corrected copy. That was several weeks ago and I have yet to receive it.

Obtaining my title from Established Titles as a Scottish Lord fulfilled one of my longtime wishes. I really love Scotland and my mom is of Scottish descent. If only I could get some more Scottish land to call my own!

I purchased an Established Title for a good friend for her 70th birthday. It was the best gift ever. I had a question before making the purchase and received a response within hours. Once the purchase was made I had received the electronic certificate within a couple of days. Excellent customer service. Will definitely make another purchase soon.

The images were misleading and I was under the impression I'd receive two documents for the gift I purchased. After seeing the soft copy, I emailed customer service and they were incredibly quick to reply and resolve the situation- couldn't have been more pleasant!

No more disrespectful treatment from the peasants, my title now gets me free ice cream at the local ice cream parlors. What a treat! It's been a fun thing to have highly recommend it. I now tell my coworkers that's Lady Saunya to you and have updated my signature to reflect that

I brought this as a "quirky" present for my Dad's 76th birthday as in his works he "has or can buy anything he needs" so I wanted something a little different for him. He was delighted with it but has yet to have the chance to exercise his new Lordship thanks to COVID 19!
