I was so excited to see this pop up on FaceBook just at the time of my husband's and my 5th anniversary. We are Americans who were married in Scotland, so this was the perfect gift. The certificate was emailed to me very quickly, in time to have it framed and wrapped. The only drawback: Now I have to call him "Lord."
I just love my tile, "Lady Cynthia", I think it is a fantastic gift for friends that have everything! I am getting one for my nephew in December for his 21st Birthday. I got mine right away, printed it off and framed it. Love, love love!

The people write good reviews because they think this is real and not a virtual purchase. This is not recognized by the government so they are lying to people. You can say you are a lord or a lady, but it's not true. If you went to the Scottish government and said that you were a lady/lord of x y c they would think that you're either delusional or mentally unstable.
I gave my Mom this gift for Mother's Day. She's very proud of her Scottish heritage. She cried when she realized she's now a Scottish Lady. Thank you for helping me to give my Mom the gift of being a landowner and Lady in Scotland. I'll never forget the look on her face.

I bought this as a bit of a joke. But it has been quite a lot of fun and the title has actually been used.
I wish i had ordered the printed certificate as well but am making do with the emailed one. The wife shakes her head but I think she secretly enjoys being married to a Lord.
I bought my husband a title for a significant birthday and the whole process couldn't have been easier - really simple to do and the paperwork arrived in record time. Only trouble is he's now very full of himself, now he's a Lord!
I ordered and paid for a certificate, promised to be delivered on a certain day - the day came, no certificate. I downloaded the recommended notification app, still no certificate. I waited another day, contacted them by email, and promptly received a reply with a link to the certificate. It was all fine, just a day or two later than would have been perfect.

This was a very fun and unique gift that I gave one to each of my cousins. Great idea and the certificate is very cool. I framed it and gave that as the gift. Good response time and awesome company. Highly recommend and I will be buying more for gifts!

The purchase of this title for my 3 year old grandson, Faris, brought a lot of excitement within the family and in particular his parents. Imagine the fun Lord Faris will have throughout his life... in particular during his teenage and adult years... A lifelong gift indeed...
This is a great gift idea for the person who loves medieval fantasy and has everything except their title. The fact it can be used on credit cards and any other document asking for a title is just icing on the cake.
Bought for my fiancée and myself as a gift I will give him at Christmas. He will get a kick out of it, we can go around calling each other Lord and Lady and the nice looking certificates I printed out on my printer are gonna look good on the wall in a fancy frame.

It was a stormy night when I purchased a title for my husband on the eve of Father's Day. Sad to be locked down and unable to leave the country for our long-dreamed-of family trip, we needed a reminder of who we in our hearts really are: Scottish aristocracy temporarily marooned in North Florida. His face when he received the certificate and when we went on Google Maps to view our wee bit of Scotland brought tears to me eyes!

My mother hails from Scotland and for her 78th birthday I purchased this title for her. She was so chuffed with it and I feel also a small connection to her homeland too.

This tiny bit of land was just what was needed. It should have been a banner tear for my son... graduating High School, prom, a Senior class trip to Broadway, his 18th birthday celebration, and a trip to Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival. But thanks to COVID-19, all that got sidelined. So instead of him going to Scotland, I brought a piece of Scotland to him. He was so happy with this gift, it lifted his spirits more than anything else could. The title of Lord thrills him, and he hopes to one day make it to the festival and hopefully visit his little plot of land. Thank you for making this possible.
We gained our land title simply by following the instructions given. There were no problems with the establishment of our original Land Title and we can now progress to obtain another Land Title for a bigger estate. It couldn't be easier to become Lairds of Land Titles in Scotland...
