I was to receive my PAPER Lord Designation within 10 days. I am currently in my 3 rd MONTH of waiting for that to arrive. I questioned "Customer Support" as to why it had not arrived LAST MONTH, a response was received with their apologies, explaining it was probably due to the current Pandemic as the cause for delay, that was a MONTH ago!
I purchased an established title for myself as my family originated in Scotland and immigrated to the USA in the 1700's. I've visited Scotland many times while stationed in Germany in the USAF 1990-1994. The established title has impressed friends and family and provided an opportunity to talk more about the Scotland I love.
Always wanted to be a "royal lady" and now I am officially a lady and a landowner of a (small) piece of property in Scotland. LOVE MY NEW TITLE! Highly recommend this as a lovely gift for female friends as well as male friends (they can become a "lord").

I'm so grateful I stumbled upon established titles on Instagram a few weeks ago. My girlfriends 40th birthday was coming up and she had given my the Outlander Series of books to read because she loved them so much and we would talk about the books over wine all the time. Well, when I saw the Established Titles Instagram page letting me know I could make her a Lady, it was a no brainer! She absolutely LOVED it and now we all call her Lady Kase. It was a one of a kind gift to give someone and I'm so happy to have nailed the big 4-0 present for my best friend.
This is a Chinese company that promotes mainly via YouTube, the title you recieve as Lord or Lady isn't recognised within Scotland- Nor does it conform with the Scottish Lands Act

We are clear on our website that we offer “souvenir plots” and they are pieces of land dedicated for the preservation of the Scottish Woodland that it is located.
We sell a fun, novelty gift. The title pack grants no peerage nor right to rule, this is made clear on our website.
All plots sold are unique and will never be redistributed, even after the buyer cancels their order or after a refund.
We then dedicate 1 square foot of land, that will be preserved in its natural state, and plant a tree. The tree is not planted on the plot of land purchased, but the tree is planted through our partners in reforestation efforts further afield.

It's obvious you won't get all the benefits and responsibilities of being a lord but it's still funny to have the technical title. The jokes your able to tell make for a good laugh for sure

My wife loved this and is trying to figure out what to put "Lady" on. She want to be burred there someday. Not sure the legality of that but i have many years to figure it out
