They are open 10:30 to 2 so you have to plan any questions in their 3.5 hour window. I paid 6.99 shipping to get the item and another 17.99 to return via FedEx. So I'll shop somewhere else. Totally not worth the shipping to shop with them. I probably should have given them one star.

Do not encourage this disrespectful company. My son bought a hoodi for $160 at their Central Park NY store. After 2 uses and 2 washes some of the lettering on the hoodi came off and all the other lettering started to peel off... I sent 2 messages to their customer service saying that there must be a quality problem and asking for a solution. And I haven't received a single reply from them... In addition to having non-existent customer service, they sell a poor-quality product at an exorbitant price, the hoodi sold at Walmart for 30$ are of better quality. Don't support this company that doesn't care about their customers. Their product and services are a big big scam!

I was just informed that Essential Apparel not longer prints invoices to be shipped with purchases. I had to return one-half of my order and was told by customer service that I needed to write my name/address on a piece of paper or print an email from Essential Apparel with the order information in order for them to process the return in a timely manner.

What kind of business does not include invoices/receipts with shipped orders? And then puts the burden on the customer to ensure a return is processed? They will not be getting anymore of my business...
