I love their soft touch mousse makeup especially, as well as their mascara and blush. I ordered for a while with no problems & quick shipping. However, since November I've had no luck getting the foundation. I've got 2 outstanding orders for it-others items were shipped but not the foundation. I received a refund today for an order from December, but still nothing from my November order. After several emails in December I finally got a response that said there was a "system error" & they couldn't even give me an estimate on ship time - it's January and still waiting. I've had to start ordering from somewhere overseas and paying more, but I love the product and at least I get it! It's hard to find in stores here. I won't be ordering from them again unless I get my unfulfilled order and they can guarantee that I'll get my product. Very disappointed!

I do not recommend buying makeup from this company's website. I placed an order for makeup over ten days ago and there is nothing on their website stating it will take them a month to ship your order. My order is still unfulfilled and their customer service won't even respond and tell me when it is going to be shipped. I needed my items for a vacation and thought I had ordered with plenty or time but apparently I was wrong. Horrible customer service. I will never be purchasing from them again. At this point they are stealing money from their customers if they never even ship out the orders! I will be reporting them to the BBB if I do not hear back by tomorrow. I am beyond frustrated with this business
Buyers beware! Buy your makeup elsewhere. Do not trust this company. Don't purchase unless you just want to give money away.

Essence makeup is definitely one of those brands that's more than meets the eye. At first glance, you might look at it and think to yourself, how good can their products be considering the price. That's definitely what I thought before purchasing. Yet, every makeup item I've purchased, from their bronzer to clear brow gel to lip liner has all become one of my top makeup products that I use in my makeup routine. I recommend, if wanting to try out their brand, to start with the bronzer and lip liner. The bronzer has amazing, creamy pigment and blends out so well in your skin. As for their lip liners, they go on super smooth and do not feel drying at all. The quality you receive from Essence makeup definitely goes above and beyond for the inexpensive price you pay!

Huge huge huge fan of this brand! Sadly when our local stores quit stocking it, we had to buy it online and it took forever. Shipping tracking label created 3 days after ordering and per usps it took 3 or 4 days for it to be accepted/dispatched to buyer address. Wow.

Essence is acc a rlly good brand and they're makeup is rlly good quality. The lash princess mascara is amazing and I love the lipglosses that they have. They have a wide range of different options that are all great quality
