Very unprofessional writers and even worse customer service. Writers never follow instructions, do not try this website. I got a zero in my assignment because writer did not follow instruction and they won't refund me or provide me with another writer.
Very bad experience. Writers never follow instructions. You end up wasting too much time explaining the order and re-explaining the order for them to get 1/4 of the job done and very poorly. When talking to a representative on chat they took 20 minutes to reply to me during the conversation (as you can see on the picture). All they want is to make you pay more for something you don't ask for. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR IN OVERALL RATING.

All writers are not bad but they refuse to acknowledge complaints. Even with professors note say quality was bad, they will not help you if you encounter a bad writer.
