They repeated sentences to make the word counts up. References used were inaccurate and did not follow any form of referncing I have ever used, e.g. Harvard. The work bore no relation to the topic at all, it was complete and utter twaddle. Despite the fact that they offer a re-write, the 2nd piece came with exactly the same writing style. There were no arguments or critiques the paper was simply words on a few pages which made no sense at all. I put a review on here last week and when I checked today the review has gone. So my question to site jabber is why is that? Students need to know about these unscrupulous companies who rip people off.
When I asked for a refund, which they tell you they do if you are not satisfied, they blocked my email and ignored me. When I wrote a review on trustpilot they told me to take the review down. They said they had the paper re-written and that the writers were currently holding it and until my reviews were taken down they would not release it to me. I contacted my credit card company in order to make a claim to get my money back. I have all the communication in relation to this and have copied it. I am going to report them to trading standards and anyone who will listen. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
