She was great and very helpful and listened well. But she did not originally follow directions that well and so she ended up finishing late after the deadline.
Writer was quick to respond and meet my deadlines. However, the writing was a bit spotty and confusing in sections through out the paper. While it gave me a base for what I was looking for, there were still quite a few revisions that needed to be made and some research to figure out what the writer was trying to say. Moving forward, if I use this service, I will provide an outline of what I am looking to accomplish so there isn't a disconnect in the service provided. I'm not too familiar with this site, so this option may be available, but having an option to choose a writer who's primary language is your own would be beneficial. Also, having stricter guidelines in area's of expertise would help generate a more efficient writing process.

Although th essay was "complete" there were many typos and sentences that were gramatically incorrect. I ended up having to go back and correct all of the errors and the citations were incorrect. I released the full payment but I will never use this helper again.

I paid the writer and gave them the amount of time they initially asked for. When they requested an extension, I was respectful and understanding, offering an additional 7 hours. However, they took much longer to respond to my questions. When I asked about the progress of the paper, they said it would be uploaded in a few seconds but ended up taking another two hours. Then they asked for more time, offering various excuses. I'm starting to get frustrated with the constant delays and lack of follow-through
