I recently had the pleasure of diving into the world of Especially Yours, and let me tell you, it's a fashion journey worth taking. From the moment I explored their collection, I could sense the commitment to individuality and style. What impressed me most was the diversity in their offerings. Whether I was in the mood for a classy outfit for a formal event or something chic for a casual day out, Especially Yours had the perfect options.
I am very disappointed regarding your refund policy which obviously in very fine print. I ordered a wig which took over a month to receive. The wig was not as pictured as it was not the color I wanted a way too curly. I sent it back in December. I'm now told I cannot be refunded because of the 60 day refund policy which I did not see in the catalog I spent 79.00 for a wig that was not what I expected it to be.
I bought a pair of shoes,ESPECIALLY YOURS sent two different size width. After numerous calls with downright poor customer service which lead to escalation to their supervisors.
I returned the misfit and reordered another on the same date.After waiting a month for my refund they grossly falsely accused me of switching the size width and returning a misfit.They stated that is what they have in their notes and could not change it,that I switched the shoes width that I returned.
I have strong evidence that proof otherwise.What I have are exactly the same size width,so how then would I have switched? Of course they wanted to hold on to my money for the return,they finally agreed to give me back a portion of MY money.I sent them pictures of the evidence of the shoes indicating that I did not sent them back a misfit,because if I did I would have a misfit now which I do not.Even the supervisor that I last spoke with,stated that I would have had a misfit in my possession if I had switched,which I do not as is seen in pictures attached.
With all I had to go through from 12/5/22 - 1/31/23,I am totally through forever with Especially Yours.
They would not take responsibility for their own mishap but lied on the customer who had strong evidence to support the truth.
If I had switched the sizes as they had falsely accused, how then as in pictures attached would I have had a pair of shoes that are both the same size?.
Especially yours is truly awful to deal with.I have had nothing but sheer headaches,frustration,anger and long lengthy phones call just trying to purchase and get an item.
It is really not worth shopping with them.They are totally aghast!
I had a problem with my order I emailed and the customer service person that wrote the email was nasty. I couldn't believe the thousands of dollars I spent with them I couldn't get one customer service representative that was helpful, professional, or concerned about me their customer. I emailed Especially Yours and expressed the poor service I received and that person was nasty so I will not be shopping with them any longer,
Tip for consumers:
Don't ever have to deal with Especially Yours Customer Service that's when the problem start.

On 7/4 placed an order by phone. So much noise in the background I asked if she was working from home. Checked on order status 7/11, a week later to find it had not yet been shipped. A new service rep. Could not give me a shipping date. Not an efficient company.
Received email with price reduction from especially yours. However, the business would not honor it, even though I had proof, in the email especially yours emailed me.
Ordered a pair of boots and received the wrong size. Returned them expecting a refund of $29.99. Only received $2.00. They said theres no refund or exchange on clearance items. Says its stated on the website. I had no idea. Didnt see it. So they kept my returned boots and say they donated them to charity. Well heck if Id known that I would have given them to my sister as a gift instead. Never deal with them again!
The last two orders the quality was poor. Wigs had little marital on it. Won't order again. Deb in ca

I've noticed that 90 percent of their wigs have, red, copper and/or auburn in their description! Very boring, not everyone likes red, etc. The color charts are really lacking. Think that I will start rejecting their mail. After reading the reviews, they don't look so good! Ho-hum!
I did receive my order. The order supposed to have been on deferred billing for August. The merchandise I ordered appeared on my credit card May 27. I ordered these outfits on May! 6. I called customer service and reported it. She had the nerve to asked for the code for the deferred billing because she claim she couldn't look up the code that was being used. I find that that was strange. Beware if you do deferred billing with this company. Make sure keep your code if you use deferred billing. I won't use deferred billing with them anymore.

If you order an item and send it back within one week of receiving it, the company will tell you its not returnable or exchangable because you did not send it back the way they sent it to you with tag included. This is my 1st time ordering and my LAST TIME to EVER ORDER from ESPECIALLY YOURS. The items were too large and I wanted to exchange it for another outfit in a smaller size. Sending it through the US Mail may have caused the items inside the box to come apart. Regardless of the facts, I could not wear the items because of the size. I am taking my business and other referrals to other reputable businesses. SHOP HERE AT UR OWN RISK
