Love your quality and customer service. We have several stand-up banners that we use for various events and we purchase replacement banners each year. Love their 'goof-proof' guarantee. Three days before the event I realized I misspelled one of the sponsor names. Within 48 hours I had a new banner and only paid for expedited delivery.

Love your site. Love all the design choices! I also love the customer service. I forgot to add a note to my design when I ordered late on a Friday afternoon. I called and left a message and then set my alarm for early Monday morning thinking I would have to hurry and call before my banner went to production. To my surprise, I got a call on Saturday morning to let me know that you received my note and would be following my instructions. I got my banner exactly when stated and it's beautiful! Shipping prices seem a bit high. We wanted this quick and for the size of the box and the weight it seemed paying more for shipping than the banner itself was very steep.
The Customer Sevice rep did a wonderful job of walking me through my order. With her help I waa able to copy and paste material from a prior order and reszie and duplicate the signage.

This company continues to amaze me. I recently tried to use a discount code that I had already used once. I had received an email that seemed to allow me to use it again, but the code was denied at checkout. I contacted customer service and they explained the situation. No big deal, I used another, less valuable code that I had and that worked. I received a phone call back from customer service telling me they would refund me the difference between the two codes. It was only a matter of a few dollars, but it was the effort and initiative taken by the company that impressed me. I will pay more for companies that provide top notch customer service like this, but I don't have for eSigns.com, they have low prices, great product, fast delivery and amazing customer service. I will never use any other company for my signs and banners.
