Raven helped me in a professional manner. Suggest that you add a few add-on products and information. First add a piece on web site showing different methods of installing sign,, measuring existing sign area, and suggested hardware. You may even do it with youtube links on you web page. Additionally, youtube videos could link back to you web site.

I am a novice designing signs and do so infrequently. I called and spoke with customer service a couple times while figuring out what I'm doing. Customer service was helpful overall, but what was NOT helpful was to listen to the 'sighs' as the reps were working with me. Again, while they did respond with their professional voice, the side 'sigh' was condescending, and NOT helpful. Your patience is so appreciated...Once again, the audible eye roll is not helpful and should remain inaudible to me. Thank you.
The signs were delivered BEFORE the due date, and looked wonderful! Thank you for a great product that I'm proud to place at the entrance to our neighborhood. Again, the signs were bought by our HOA for our neighborhood, and so they're sure to bring a smile when they see them.

I had to pay almost $15.00 Shipping for a small magnet sign that cost a little over $7.00 6"x 12" in size,.70 lbs for $15.00 come on,this is the second time I have ordered from you, this one sticker magnet was stolen from my truck
