Trouble using the online order system. Couldn't get by step 2 without visiting the page 3-4 times. I was trying to create an account but was not satisfying something on the page.
I was impressed with the product that I received. It fit my needs perfectly.
Perhaps the wrong day to ask me these questions. I spent 3-4 hours in blazing heat trying to install my last order... which ended up as a complete fail: banners not up. I am so tired and frustrated. I am not sure that I ordered the right type of banner for my project, yet I spoke with reps before starting and during ordering etc.
I am going to return to the branch next week to try again. Hopefully I can get them up. If not, I will at least be cooler after pulling all my hair out.

Always Great! I am sure it is a cost cutting measure, but I missed the Red Hots! I always look forward to checking the bottom of my package for them, and they weren't there. THE BANNER HOWEVER - WAS AS ALWAYS PERFECT.
Working with Esigns.com was easy from the beginning to the end. Making the banner the directions were great, the end product was awesome and delivered when promised. The banner looked great in the yard for my daughters 16th birthday. I would highly recommend eSigns.com and will use their services again.

The colors in my sign were not the colors that I saw on my screen. When I called and spoke to a representative they said that "in the very fine print that no one ever reads, it says we don't guarantee color matching" I think you should have that somewhere on the design your own sign page. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she also told me the same thing. I explained to her I wasn't looking for an exact match but perhaps something in the same color wheel. As the colors on my sign were blue and green and one of the words came back purple. After some pushing the supervisor did rectify my problem at no charge and I am very appreciative for that. As I am a repeat customer. However I still think you should put on your design your on sign page "We do not guarantee color matching"
