When my transaction fell through with my counter party Escrow Lion refused to refund the $250 I had sent them via Paypal and which they were holding in Escrow. The initially suggested that the funds were locked in the account that had received the amount. They told me it would take a few hours to fix. This turned into 3-5 days and then finally a month.

When I requested more detail they simply ignored me. I tried multiple times to get more information as to why my funds were being held but they refused to provide an appropriate response or timeline.

When I looked into this business in more detail it is clear they are likely running a fraudulent money exchange business and their website lists staff who simply do not exist.

Please be warned that most of the "reviews" that are found by searching their business name are 3-4 years old and the business has likely changed hands since. My transaction took place in January 2020.

Customer service is perfect but the delay seems to be a little bit awkward... my transaction was delayed for about 10 minutes before it was completed successfully. Asides that, escrowlion is perfect for any escrow transaction online.

I have been in the real estate industry for 17 years. I can honestly say Escrowlion is by far the best Escrow Company on the planet. Not only are the transactions bulletproof, but they do not measure time or effort. Needless to say, I never give up escrow when controlling the sale as a listing agent. Bottom line, there is no one better than Escrowlion! Their support is top notch. Kudos.

I had major transacting online without any issues. Escrow lion protected my transactions and their fee is 1% only.

I highly recommend Escrowlion. Not only has Roy, the owner, become a friend but he also has exceptional service. Roy really cares about her clients and it comes across in the way he conducts her business. I have used several of the escrow officers over the years and every single one has provided me with immediate attention. They pay special attention to detail and are always happy to help. They are always responsive, whether it's during normal business hours or at 9:00 pm. This is very important to have as a Realtor as my job never stops and I like to get my clients' immediate answers. The entire team is phenomenal and are wonderful to work with.

Everyone has been so helpful and informative and has put up with me and all my questions and concerns. I don't know of any one in your position that takes time out of their private time to answer and respond to your clients. It has made everything so much easier. It's nice to see that there really are people out there that do care about others and their job. Your boss/company should be very proud of you and appreciate what a great employee they have. I wish there were more people like you out there.
