I purchased a justice gift card from them and I received gift card after 4-5 hours of placing an order. But when I was trying to use it after 7-8 days, it's showing zero balance. That means they are running a scam.

If you need your order to be delivered by specific day don't count on it with eSavings. When I was making an order on 12/21/2018 it was indicating arrival time period between Fri, Dec 28 and Thu, Jan 3. When it was shipped arrival time was by Jan. 4. It was delivered only on 1/07/19. I believe this company uses the cheapest UPS rates and your order starts moving opposite way.

A couple of hours after I placed the order, I got a strange phone call asking to confirm billing information. I could not understand anything else the person was saying. I would not recommend dealing with any company that calls to confirm billing info when you can't understand the person and there is no notification with the order that it is being confirmed by phone.

Just a little bit weird to receive a phone call at 9 pm to confirm my order. Other than that the gift cards worked just fine.

The customer service is also very supportive and responsive. Delivery was fast. The card balance is accurate.
