I ordered a chuck replacement that specifically noted down that it in included the key, but to even go further I called customer service to confirm with them that it included it, because i also needed the key, to which she confidently told me it did so I ordered it through the representative directly, 2 weeks later, it shows up without the key. I call up the gentleman explain it that the product explicitly says in the description it included the key, to which he agreed that it does say it included it but said it was a mistake and there was nothing he could could do but I could purchase it separately and that they would not honor their own mistake they admitted to. Shameful company that does not stand by their word, will never order anything from them again. One and done.
