“Terrible efficiency”

Bought Makita parts. Small razor blade sized box inside of plastic bag was a different number from marking on bag. This was visible thru the bag. Should not have been sent and when I called, was told that there is no way to check this before shipping. That is ridiculous. At least eRplacement refunded order though.
