Website was easy to use was able to find the replacement parts for my model vacuum cleaner prices and shipping was reasonable
This company did a fine job of getting us the exact switch we needed to get our DeWalt table saw up and running.
While I did receive the product, It was on back order & that part of the equation was not transparent until 24 hours after the purchase. I received an apologetic email with several options, but not including a refund. Again, I did receive in good condition, but communication certainly should have been better at the point of purchase.
