The real estate agent email list I purchase is rubbish. They claim to have the recent updated list which is very deceptive. The list they sold even have Foxtons on it. Everyone knows the company filed bankruptcy and left U.S.A. in 2004! These people are scam artists and will not return your calls or email. I had to file dispute with Paypal and credit issuer...
