I've been ordering from Epic Sportswear for years. Really. That's where I get my Richardson Pro585 hats. Best fitted hat I've ever had. I come here because I know the product is top shelf. The price is righteous. Never a complaint about shipping, nor the fee. When you know where to find what you're looking for, and can count on your supplier, every time... you stick with them. I don't get paid to speak the truth. This is where the goods are.
I'm so tired of everything being online. You can never get a feel for the quality of something until after you order and pay through the nose for the setup. Granted, my use case is a bit different from Others. I wanted a custom team "jersey" for bass fishing. I've had others and they're multi color screens or direct sublimated printing. These are not screened or sublimated. They are basically vinyl transfers. So they are stiff and plastic feeling. I spent a ton of money on something that won't work. They will be incredibly hot and uncomfortable.
Personalized items look good. Removing 1 star for the lengthy time it took to get my order. With that being said, I will still order from Epic Sports in the future. Thanks!
Overall pleased with the quality and timeliness of my order. I did receive an incorrect number of Youth Small vs Youth Medium sizes but it worked out fine.

I like the ease in searching the site and the description included(especially detailed sizing charts). The prices are good although the shipping is a bit high. Net costs seems reasonable for the purchase I'm making.
The balls seem to be good quality. COVID has challenged the schools to develop new ways for kids to enjoy recess. However, not all schools are equipped with extra equipment so our company purchased these balls. I will deliver to the local school next week!
Customer service needs better training on chat. Loooooong periods of silence, Reps should check in way more frequently with customers. Rep couldn't find my order and account with any of the info I provided straight off the email and invoices. More than a 5 min lull where I was having to constantly check in with rep & they basically said oh yeah i'm waiting for you to find the right info..well why didn't they ask me/tell me that? They asked for information that I had already sent "above". Then when I told them that the other rep had found my info very quickly with the same info I provided, they responded with "I already have your account info up". What?? Well then clarify what the heck it is you need from me! Soooo very frustrating! Worst customer service I've experienced in a very long time.
Adequate durability for my purposes. I connected one end to a 9' PVC pipe that went over a 5' stake and the other end to the basketball hoop pole.
Always good overall but delivery time is never exact. Used your printing team this time and jerseys look like they folded and shipped right after they screen printed them so they do not look great. Hoping that once they are laundered they will look better.

The refinement by AM sizing did not work correctly and I kept on seeing items for YM. This made the refinement worthless.

Super quick shipping and great prices. Order always come on time and prices are hard to beat. I can usually pay for an upgrade in shipping and still be less than other places.
It was okay, I don't like that when you select an item to view and you return to the previous page it takes all the way back to top of your query.
Pros: Shopping experience was good. Prices good especially on Epic brand of softballs. Received ample communication regarding my order. As for the products, although the Epic softball cover which was made of cowhide was a little more slippery than the Champro balls, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Epic balls. The seams on the Epic balls were more raised than the more expensive Champro softballs, which my daughter (who is a pitcher) really liked.
Cons: Delivery was a little slower than expected. But then this was purchased in May/June 2020 during Covid-19 pandemic.
Overall, I would purchase from this company again.
It's ridiculous that when you place an order and Epic sends you the wrong size they make you send pictures instead of right away sending the correct sizes of replacement. You really should revise your customer service to actually care about the customer instead of the company.
I ordered royal blue t shirts and customized them as jerseys for my softball team. It was straight forward and easy to do. My only complaint is that the logo on the front isn't a bright white like it was supposed to be. It's a little faded, but still looks ok.
Very simple, but would've liked to see a virtual concept of the items I bought. I also would've liked to be able to upload our logo. Otherwise, it was painless.
I contacted epic after 3 weeks with no sign of my order. I recieved friendly service and received product in 1 week. Very pleased with the products I ordered.
A lot a promo codes that say will work did not work l which is ok. One eventually worked out for me but if it's not valid I dont understand why its listed but check out was fast and easy
Was pretty easy! just didn't have shirt I wanted in the color I needed, even though they advertised the color.
