Originally placed this with badger - waited since 1/29 - arrived today 2/20 Had I know it was coming from kansas and not statesville which is 20 min away I would not have chosen usps for delivery mode. In the future I would recommend emailing the customer to confirm thats what they want if shipping that distance. Items are great and fit well.

Not exactly what I thought based on the sizing chart. Some of the shorts were way bigger than expected, base Epic men's base layer are thin but do cover my legs. Shipping was fast

The print quality was decent. The fulfillment/shipping time was kind of long (21 days from order to arrival) but I knew it was going to be long so OK. But, the graphic was printed way too small for a front center design. It measured only 7 inches wide. My design was at least 11 inches wide (high resolution image) and the preview looked exactly right. However, the product didn't look correct. The picture shows EpicSports on top vs another POD vendor (using the same graphic file). I will give them another try though.

shopping is fine. packing/shipping dept. could use a little more care. hats always come loosely packed and a lot of times distorted and mis-shaped

I ordered 15 long sleeve tee shirts and received 14 long sleeve and 1 short sleeve. Not good as I ordered this for a team warm-up shirt. My friend who is my JV coach had a similar problem a couple months ago and said he didn't get good customer service when trying to rectify his order, so to bypass the hassle of your customer service, I just ordered another long sleeve shirt. That shouldn't be, but that's what I did for the sake of time and headache.

Very frustrating to get our order tax exempt. I know its tough working with different states and I also know New York is a pain, but it was quite the ordeal in order to get out tax taken off. The form that works here for Wal-Mart, Wegmans, Dollar General etc, isn't good enough for an online order. Just very frustrating.

I have a conversation with your customer service and this guy named Gabriel he was very rude and I really don't like his attitude so I won't be doing any more business with you

I'm disappointed I can't complete a full order. No where does it state that lettering is only allowed 11 spaces. I worked for a full month to get all my players to respond as to their #s, names only to find out that I can't even put my sponsor name on the shirt. Now I am backed up to past season start. I would have ordered the jerseys a long time ago had I known that I needed a local service to letter and number the jerseys. Your prices are great, but not feeling happy in the end.

I order from epic sports all the time for my dancers, and I've never had any major issues, except this time around. I ordered various sizes in the army fatigue sports bras and matching shorts, but i wasn't sent any of the medium shorts. I only received all smalls in the place of those mediums. I went ahead and worked it out with the smalls, and luckily my girls were able to fit it not them.

Over all it was ok, some of the abbreviations can be confusing. I called to have my order changed and also emailed to make sure my order was corrected and I still received the wrong items. Customer service was nice, even-though I still received my order wrong. I now have to explain to my customer that her order is going to be a week longer than expected.

It was okay. The enter your email/phone number for a quick discount deal was false and I supposed just a marketing scam.

Delivery time seems excessive. Other things I've ordered online alert odd extend times because of covid but Epic is the only place that's actually taken longer.

Contact and the return call was within 5 minutes. Answer questions quickly and professionally. Agent sounded like he knows his products. Will be shopping again.

I love epic sports. I just feel that regardless of how many shirts I order, the cost of shipping is always extremely high and is roughly the same across the board. It would be nice if shipping could be decreased if customers spend a certain amount or something like that. I believe this would boost sales tremendously and also keep loyal clients. Unfortunately, due to the shipping cost, I may have to purchase camouflage shirts from another vendor in the future. Thank you for providing quality shirts though.

Hate that I have to scroll thru pages to get back wher I was after place an item in the cart. I stop shopping because of it. Can't find where I was.

Your customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. Prices and products are terrific, but everything else is a disaster

As long as you give plenty of time for the oder arrival then epic sports is my go to. I wish the turn around on receiving product was faster.

I tried to place an order a few days ago from my phone. Every time I got all my information input, it would take me back to a previous screen and ask me for information that I had already submitted. I finally gave up after three or four attempts, and decided to order from my computer later. I had no problems when I ordered from my computer today.

Ordered through the "get it in 7-10 days" section and it took almost 3 weeks and I had to figure out something else for our tournament because this order wasn't in.
Also, the sweatshirts are smaller than expected.

Shipping prices, procedures, and processing times aren't very attractive. Mobile website has a few glitches and the filter tool isn't very effective. Epic Sports sells items I cannot find while shopping on the website, but I find in a Google search.

So far an ok experience , except the surprise on the amount of the shipping cost once in check out.. shipping could be cheaper and upfront with the pricing .

I'm Disappointed. Your check out page has 2 different dates of when I should expect to receive my order. Now I don't know what to expect.

My shopping experience was great but I would love to see more options of white joggers & white youth jackets for branding purposes. I definitely want to shop this site more. Thank you!
