I have been shopping at Epic Sports for several years now. It all started with the need of school PE uniforms and now I just shop for shirts for our family, mainly my husband. We typically buy the performance t-shirts; excellent price and so many colors. I also buy shirts to apply iron-ons that I make with my Cricut. I will continue to shop at Epic Sports!
I appreciate how quickly the order is processed and delivered. I was surprised when I was given a substitute product for the o ne I ordered. After checking online after receiving the order, I saw that what I had originally ordered was no longer available. I understand the replacement for it but was not notified. Would have like to have had the option of choosing the replacement product.

Answer: You'll never get it! Or it will come a month or two later because they don't keep up with their inventory, nor do they like to keep customers informed of their order status. Don't order from them.

I lost all but $2.00 on return shipping fees & restocking fees! This company appears to be clueless when it comes to customer service, you're better off talking to a stone wall!

I'm sure you're not the only one that has heard from the "chat bot" - "please give them a chance to address your issue before writing a bad review. They tell you their priority is 100% customer satisfaction, well it's more like 0% customer service. They are more than willing to take you money. You're better off buying from ebay, at least your able to get your $ back, their customer service is unbeatable. Epic Sports is the worst company I've ever done business with EVER! But NEVER again! They will rip you off without giving a thought to it, they're DESPICABLE!
